Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 11 articles and nine Annexes, establishes the list of authorized active substances in plant protection products, requirements for placing of plant protection products on the market, control of active substances in products and content of information provided to member countries and European Commission communities. The list of authorized active substances is specified in Annex 1. Art. 3 describes conditions which should be satisfied to register a product containing a new active substance, not included in the list of authorized active substances.
