Notification on the import controls of products subject to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Product safety and Inspection: 2025/5).

This Notification sets out the procedures and principles regarding the import of the products that are subject to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in terms of the health of humans, plants and animals. The provisions of this Notification shall apply to the imported products listed in Annexes 1/A, 1/B, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6/A, 6/B, 6/C and 7 that are subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, outward processing regime, processing under customs control regime and temporary admission, and forestry materials listed in Annex 12 that are subject to the Free Circulation Regime, Inland Processing Regime, Processing Regime under Customs Control, Temporary Import Regime, Transit Regime and Warehouse Regime. This Notification lays down provisions on compliance inspection, veterinary entry document, inspection certificate, exemptions, customs procedures and sanctions.
