Notification on the import controls of products subject to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Product safety and Inspection: 2026/5).

This Notification establishes the procedures and principles governing the importation of products subject to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the purpose of safeguarding human, plant, and animal health. The provisions of this Notification shall apply to the imported products listed in Annexes 1/A, 1/B, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6/A, 6/B, 6/C, and 7 that are placed under the free circulation regime, inward processing regime, outward processing regime, processing under customs control regime, or temporary admission regime. It shall also apply to the forestry materials listed in Annex 12 that are placed under the free circulation regime, inward processing regime, processing under customs control regime, temporary admission regime, transit regime, or customs warehousing regime. This Notification sets forth the requirements and procedures relating to conformity inspections, veterinary entry documents, inspection certificates, exemptions, customs formalities, and the imposition of administrative sanctions.
