Abstract
This Notification sets forth provisions on the total number of vessels, quota allocation according to the size of the vessels, procedures of fishing license, liabilities of the owners of the vessels, fishing restrictions, fishing seasons, monitoring and control of catches, and authorities and inspection of the related institutions.
