Abstract
This Notification amends Article 31 regarding sponge harvesting such as prohibition of sponge harvesting except for the territorial waters between Meriç River and Babakale (39 ° 28.772N - 26 ° 04.03 ° E), sponge diving only in permitted fishing areas and “certificate” mandatory for the fishing vessels engaged in sponge harvesting.
