Abstract
This Notification aims at fisheries resources conservation and sustainable fisheries. This Notification sets forth provisions on marine protected areas in Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, Marmara Sea, Black Sea and other areas, as well as obligations, restrictions and prohibitions regarding fishing gear and methods, prohibited species, lagoons, inland waters, freshwater fisheries and marine fisheries. These provisions shall be implemented between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2020.
