Abstract
This Notification sets forth provisions on documents required for the approval of control certificate. Furthermore restrictive conditions for the approval of control certificate are set out in Article 6, such as (1) application for the issuance of control certificate for import from countries restricted due to animal diseases or are not part of the agreement on veterinary certificate shall be rejected, (2) in case of occurrence of animal disease in importing country, control certificate shall be accepted as nullified, and (3) additional measures may be taken by the Ministry for the protection of animal genetic resources or for the maintenance of the efficiency and quality of imported animals and animal products.
