Abstract
This Notification adds white grouper to Article 17 regarding the prohibition of catch, retain on board, landing, transfer and offer for sale of fish species below the minimum size. Article 25 is amended by prohibiting the catch of dusky grouper in the territorial sea, and setting forth time restrictions and prohibited fishing gear and methods for white grouper.
