Notification No. 2022/29 amending the Notification No. 2020/24 on supporting agricultural-based economic investments within the scope of rural development support.

This Notification makes amendments in the principal Regulation by inserting new definitions into Article 4, and amending some definitions, including but not limited to small- and medium-scale enterprises; amending Article 7 regarding the duties of the provincial project evaluation commission; amending Article 8 regarding investment subjects; amending Article 10 regarding the final completion date of investment projects; amending Article 13 regarding investment amount and support rate on economic investment matters; amending Article 17 regarding the grant-based project expense consisting of machinery and equipment purchase expenses in aquaculture investments; repealing Article 26; amending Article 36 regarding the consistency of upper limit of the grant basis project amount with the determined reference price; and amending Annexes 3, 4 and 5 of the principal Regulation, as set out in the annex to this Regulation.
