Notification No. 2022/37 on state support for plant production.

This Notification lays down rules for supporting farmers through subsidies, in order to increase plant production, ensure sustainability, improve productivity and quality, develop alternative ecofriendly agricultural techniques, and collect agricultural data through registration of farmers. This Notification shall apply to farmers applied for agricultural subsidies in the fields of fertilizer and diesel fuel, organic and organomineral fertilizers, family farming, organic farming, good agricultural practices, production in agricultural basins, hazelnut production, bumblebee keeping, animal feed, nationally certified seeds and saplings, standardized seeds, rehabilitation of olive cultivation areas, hazelnut production, and soil analysis. Furthermore, this Notification sets forth provisions on the duties and authorities of the competent authorities, application procedures for agricultural subsidies, acceptance or rejection of the application, inspection and sanctions.
