Notification No. 2023/46 on state support for plant production.

This Notification sets out the procedures and principles for supporting farmers by providing subsidies in order to increase crop production in our country, increase productivity and quality, contribute to covering production costs, ensure sustainability, collect agricultural data through registration of farmers and develop environmentally friendly alternative agricultural techniques. It shall apply to subsidies to farmers engaged in agricultural production in the fields of bumblebee keeping, hazelnut production, rehabilitation of traditional olive cultivation areas, good agricultural practices, organic and organomineral fertilizers, family farming, fertilizer and diesel fuel, organic farming, nationally certified seeds and saplings, standardized seeds, soil analysis, production in agricultural basins, and animal feed. The support transactions within the scope of this Notification are carried out by the General Directorate of Plant Production, provincial/district directorates, and provincial/district arbitration, discovery and detection commissions. Furthermore, this Notification lays down provisions on the duties and authorities of the competent authorities, application procedures for agricultural subsidies, acceptance or rejection of the application, inspection and sanctions.
