Notification No. 2024/41 on the export list of natural flower bulbs for 2025.

This Notification lays down the export list for 2025 which includes families, genera and species of flower bulbs which are export-prohibited and collected from nature; families, genera and species of flower bulbs limited by quota in terms of nature and production; and the families, genera and species of flower bulbs whose export amounts and environmental measurements are free from production. The whole list is laid down in Annex 1. The permits for export or re-export of CITES-listed natural flower bulbs within the scope of this Notification shall be issued by the General Directorate of Plant Production. According to the population status and rotation principles, uprooting cannot be done in the places and species determined. In this context, Galanthus elwesii, Cyclamen hederifolium, Cyclamen cilicium and Eranthis hyemalis species cannot be collected from nature.
