Notification No. 2025/32 on the export list of natural flower bulbs for 2026.

This Notification sets out the families, genera, and species of flower bulbs that are: (a) prohibited from collection in the wild and export in 2026; (b) subject to quotas for collection from the wild and export; or (c) exempt from production restrictions for export. It also establishes the applicable export quantities and environmental measures relating to their trade. The families, genera, and species of flower bulbs falling within the scope of this Notification are listed in Annex 1. Export and re-export permits for natural flower bulbs included in the CITES Appendices and covered by this Notification shall be issued by the General Directorate of Plant Production. Collection from the wild is prohibited for the species and locations designated on the basis of population status and rotational harvesting principles. Accordingly, specimens of Galanthus elwesii, Cyclamen hederifolium, Cyclamen cilicium, and Eranthis hyemalis shall not be collected from the wild.
