Abstract
This Regulation sets the principles to control emissions of soot, smoke, dust, gas, steam and aerosols due to fuel usage and domestic heating such as, houses, cooperatives, schools, hospitals, government offices and businesses. The Regulation defines the criteria and rules for solid, liquid and gas fuels which are allowed to use in heating plants and it also specifies fuels which are prohibited. The Regulation also covers provisions on features and standards of the heating plants, their terms of use and mandatory emission limit to reduce the negative effects of the emissions on air quality.
