Regulation amending the Regulation on agricultural quarantine.

This Regulation amends section 40 of the "Special Conditions for Importation of Plant and Plant Products" within Annex III of the Regulation on agricultural quarantine, providing information that should be included into the Health Certificate, required for importation, for Gossypium spp. (cotton) seeds: it must be clearly indicated that no symptoms for Glomerella gossypii were reported during the last vegetation stage and seeds are pest-free.
