Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 2 as sea and inland waters under judgment and possession of the State or owned by the Public Treasury and the General Directorate for State Hydraulic Works until 1 January 2017. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 6 regarding establishment of a Commission. This Regulation repeals Provisional Clause 1. Article 16 has been amended as “The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock”.
