This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of concession of aquaculture production rights in seas and inland waters and concession of use of water including transportation of water from seas and inland waters to aquaculture facilities to be established on land. The Regulation also determines the rules and procedures of renting of aquaculture facilities and renting of water.
