Abstract
This Regulation amends Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Regulation on prevention of major industrial accidents and lessening their adverse impacts, as “The articles 9 and 13 regarding maximum preventive measures and emergency plan enter into force on 1 July 2019”. This Regulation adds Provisional Clause 2 regarding the implementation of prevention policies of major industrial accidents and Provisional Clause 3 regarding notification of hazardous substances. Annex-I has been amended and added to this Regulation.
