Notification No. 2023/48 on supporting agricultural extension and advisory services.

This Notification provides for support payments to agricultural consultants and organizations that provide agricultural consultancy services to agricultural enterprises. It lays down provisions regarding the obligations of agricultural consultants and organizations, support payment criteria, application processes and procedures, the duties and powers of the competent authorities regarding the supervision of supports, the withdrawal of support, and those who cannot benefit from support and their criminal responsibilities. This Notification makes exceptions for agricultural consultants and organizations in the provinces that have been affected by the earthquake occured in 6 February 2023 regarding the documents required for new authorization certificate applications.
