Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is the control and management of waste oils, to protect human health and to maintain environmental protection. The Regulation lays down the principles and procedures regarding the storage, recycling, recovering, disposal, import, export and transits of waste oils which are categorized and listed in the appendix. The Regulation further sets forth the technical and administrative standards concerning the establishment of institutions for the storage, recycling and disposal of waste oils. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry is responsible and authorized to develop further programs and policies regarding the management of waste oils.
