Decree No. 65/2010/ND-CP detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Biodiversity Law.

This Decree details and guides the implementation of a number of articles of the Biodiversity Law.
The Decree provides for: orders and procedures for elaborating and approving biodiversity conservation plans; criteria for classifying conservation zones; conservation zone management responsibilities; criteria for identifying endangered precious and rare species on the list of species prioritized for protection; regime of management and protection of species prioritized for protection; conditions on the raising, rescue and preservation of genetic resources and genetic specimens; registration of establishments and the grant and withdrawal of biodiversity conservation facility certificates; orders and procedures to obtain licences for accessing genetic resources; etc.
