Abstract
The objective of this Law is the prevention of air pollution. Sources of air pollution are classified into immovable sources and mobile sources. According to the amount of heat emitted or pollutants discharged, they are classified into: (a) big sources of pollution; (b) medium sources of pollution; and (c) small sources of pollution.
The Law consists of the following Chapters: (1) General provisions; (2) Indicators of air quality; (3) Restraints on discharges in the air; (4) Obligations to protect the air; (5) Parts of the country under special protection; (6) Notifications; (7) Environmental permits for air polluting activities; (8) Tax pollution levies; (9) Sanctions against polluters.
