Abstract
Article 1 of this Law adds articles to the Law on industrial and consumer waste regarding EIA for the projects on disposal of hazardous and other types of wastes. Article 2 makes amendments in the Law on wildlife regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the construction projects of enterprises, facilities and other objects that may affect the state of wildlife and their habitat. Article 3 adds the words "EIA" following the "hazardous environmental impacts" in the Article 8 of the Law on ecological safety. Article 4 amends Article 20 of the Law on water economy of municipalities regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects on treatment and reuse of industrial and domestic wastewater in accordance with the Law on water supply and effluent wastewater. Article 5 adds the word "EIA" following the "hazardous environmental impacts" in the Article 10 of the Law on access to environmental information.
