Abstract
The present Ordinance is made under the Federal Act of 20 June 1986 on hunting and protection of wild living mammals and birds, the Federal Ordinance of 30 April 1990 on alpine ibex and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 6 May 1979. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the hunting of alpine ibex. The text - consisting of 25 articles – deals with the following aspects: definition of number of authorized shootings, transport, hunting fees, seasons, hunting rights, penalties.
Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1992.
