Abstract
This Regulation regulates the activities of land reclamation, strengthens the administration of land reclamation and improves the social, economic and ecological benefits of land utilization.
The Regulation provides for the formulation and contents of plans for the reclamation of land destroyed by production and construction activities, and makes provision for the reclamation of destroyed land left from history and land destroyed by natural disasters.
The Regulation further provides for: applications for as-built inspections; incentive measures for land reclamation; legal liabilities; etc.
