Decree on details on the marketing of seeds and seedlings of cultivated plants.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 29 articles and 20 Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, details on provisions relating to cultivated plants: requirements for marketing of propagating material (art. 2); marketing of officially unregistered seed varieties (art. 3); marketing of stored seed varieties (art. 4); procedures of seed recognition (art. 5); recognition of seed harvested in another member state or a third country which has been granted equivalence for the species (art. 6); recognition of seed crops (art. 7); recognition of propagating material (art. 8); seed with unfinished certification (art. 9); egalization of seed (art. 10); marketing of seed before the end of official germination tests (art. 11); standard seed (art. 12); commercial seed (art. 13); seed mixture (art. 14); propagating material in organic farming (art. 15); propagating material of genetically modified varieties (art. 16); seedlings of vegetables (art. 17, 18); registration and reporting obligations of suppliers (art. 19); accreditation of persons (art. 20); import of planting material and seedlings of vegetables from third countries (art. 21); labeling and packaging of propagating material (art. 22, 23, 24, 25); control the quality of seed (art. 26).
