Amending Act introducing a new definition of the various bodies operating within the Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.

The present Act introduces some amendments concerning a new definition of the various bodies operating within the Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection in the following Acts: Plant Protection Act in its consolidated version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971); Federal Waterways Act in its consolidated version of 23 May 2007 (BGBl. I p. 962); Animal Disease Act in its consolidated version of 22 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1260); Genetic Technology Act in its consolidated version of 16 December 1993 (BGBl. I p.2066); Chemicals Act in its consolidated version of 20 June 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2090); Genetic Engineering Implementation Act in its consolidated version of 20 June 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2090); Planting Material Ordinance in its consolidated version of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I 1322); Plant Protection Products Ordinance in its consolidated version of 9 March 2005 (BGBl. I p. 319); Ordinance containing new rules as to the control of potato diseases of 5 June 2001 (BGBl. I p. 1006); Plant Protection Fees Ordinance in its consolidated version of 9 March 2005 (BGBl. I p. 744); Advisory Committee Ordinance in its consolidated version of 28 August 2003 (BGBl.
