Abstract
The Member States shall ensure that the sampling for the official control of the levels of dioxins and furans and the determination of the level of dioxin-like PCBs in foodstuffs is performed in compliance with the methods described in detail in Annex I. Annex II, on the other hand, lays down sample preparation and requirements for methods of analysis which are used in the above-mentioned official controls.
