Abstract
This Decree shall apply to the authorization of marketing and use of active substances and pesticides, of plant protection products which are not considered as pesticides, of plant protection materials and tools, and to the packaging and labelling of pesticides (Articles 30-31.). The competent authority is the Central Agricultural ADministration Office. Territorial offices shall regularly control that the quality and labelling of pesticedes are confirm to the requisities prescribed in the authorization. Pesticedes shall be classified into physico-chemical, fire and explosion hazard category, toxicity category, ecotoxicity category and marketing category.
