Abstract
This Decree must apply to: batteries and accumulators; waste originating from them; the collection and taking back of such waste. This Decree contains provisions regarding the taking-back, collecting and treating obligations and consumer informing obligations of the producer. These duties can be transferred to coordinating organizations which activity must be authorized by and registered with the National Environment, Nature Protection and Water Management Inspectorate. Producers and collectors must report on their activity to the Inspectorate according to the content and deadlines determined in Annex 3.
