The Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, no. 15 of 2022.

This Act provides for the implementation of financial measures announced in the Budget Speech 2022-2023 and for matters connected. Therefore, it amends: the Environment Protection Act; the Animal Welfare Act; the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act; the Energy Efficiency Act; the Food and Agriculture Research and Extension Institute Act; the Irrigation Authority Act; the Mauritius Agricultural Marketing Act; the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act; the National Agricultural Products Regulatory Office Act; the Small Farmers Welfare Fund Act; the Sugar Industry Efficiency Act; the Use of Pesticides Act; the Waste Water Management Authority Act.
