Abstract
This Decree, based on section 10 and 30 of the Food Safety Act, requires the Food Control Authority to assess and, if appropriate, recognize standards for the certification of aquaculture ecological production submitted to it. This shall be done in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
