Abstract
The Regulation makes amendments in regard to the regulation of marine fishery gear and methods, as well as the amendment of maritime zones where such activities are permitted. The Regulation’s amendments prescribe mesh size, places restrictions on trawl fishing, use of line and nets and by-catch permitted marine fish.
