Joint Order No. 327 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and No. 130 of the Federal Fisheries Committee regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of carrying out control over projecting, construction of compensation fish-farming and melioration objects and their operation.

The Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and the President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of organization of efficient control over projecting, construction of fish farming and melioration objects edified for the compensation of damage caused to the stock of fish as a result of construction, re-construction and expansion of enterprises, works and other objects and carrying out various activities at fishing water basins, order to validate the Regulation entitle territorial branches of the aforesaid institutions to bring the present Regulation to the notice of subordinated organizations and nature managers concerned. Economic activities specified in the Regulation are: dredging, laying of oil and gas pipelines, extraction of gold and other minerals, timber-rafting and other activities. The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of carrying out control. Section 3 regards control over projecting of compensation fish farming and melioration objects. Section 4 regards control over the course of construction of compensation fish farming and melioration objects. Section 5 regards control in the process of formal acceptance of compensation fish farming and melioration objects. Section 6 regards control over operation of fish farming and melioration objects. Section 7 establishes liability of the subjects of economic activity for non-observance of the fulfilment of compensation fish farming and melioration arrangements.
