Abstract
This Law has been amended by the Decree No. 703 on the amendment of certain laws and decree laws in order to comply with the amendments made to the Constitution. The Decree repeals all provisions relating to the duties of the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority. Its duties are listed in Articles 30-56 of the Presidential Decree No. 4 on the organization of institutions and organizations affiliated, related and associated with the Ministries and other institutions and organizations. The provisions on the contractual research, study and project commissioning, resource management, and personnel appointment of this Law are still valid.
