Abstract
This Notification regulates the procedures and principles regarding the inspection of the conformity of products listed in Annex 1 to the relevant standards or technical regulations during import. The provisions of this Notification shall apply to the products that will be subject to the Free Circulation Regime. The imported products which are subject to conformity control include, but not limited to: hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC), hydrobromofluorocarbons (HBFC), and hunting gears.
