Abstract
This Notification sets out the procedures and principles regarding the inspection of the compliance of the products whose standards are included in Annex-1 with the relevant standards or technical legislation during import. The provisions of this Notification shall apply to the products that will be subject to the Free Circulation Regime. The imported products which are subject to conformity control include, but not limited to: hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC), hydrobromofluorocarbons (HBFC), and hunting gears.
