Abstract
This Notification aims at monitoring fishing vessels through GPS and satellite-based systems to provide information about their position and activities and registering the information in digital environment. This Notification sets forth provisions on use of equipment installed on fishing vessels, electronic logbook, as well as fish inventory. This Notification shall apply to fishing vessels which are above 12 meters and have fishing license.

Article 10 of this Notification enters into force on 1 January 2017, other provisions enter into force on the day it is published.
Notes
The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock.
