Abstract
This Notification sets forth the procedures and principles of amateur fishing with small tools in non-prohibited areas for non-commercial purposes and sport, from 01/09/2016 to 31/08/2020. This Notification sets forth provisions on amateur fishing for domestic and foreign fishers in inland waters and at sea, prohibited fishing areas in inland water and at sea, amateur fishing permit, prohibited species, invasive species, ecologically dangerous species and fishable species in sea.
