Abstract
The amendment involves the addition of article 18 extendind the provisions of the Regulation on agricultural quarantine to all plants and plant products imported or re-exported through free zones. The sequence of subsequent articles has been modified accordingly. Changes has been added also to to Annex IV, which shows ports of entry .
