Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use of 9 October 1992, the Ordinance on slaughtering and meat inspection of 23 November 2005. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Finance and Health Office shall be entrusted with the enforcement of the present Ordinance.
