Abstract
This Order sets regulations with regard to chemical and microbiological measurements and sampling, performed as a basis for the authorities' management decisions under the implemented Acts in this document. Noise measurements and noise calculations are performed as basis for policy management decisions under the Environmental Protection Act and regulations established under this document. Tests for chemical analysis and monitoring of groundwater and surface waters, sediments and biota are carried out for the purpose of monitoring programs prepared in accordance with article 3, section 1, No. 1-2 of regulations on monitoring of surface water, groundwater, protected areas and nature monitoring of international nature conservation areas, together with other measurements as part of publicly funded monitoring programs. This Order does NOT apply to measurement and sampling carried out in the context of acute pollution events and the like. Testing shall be carried out in accredited laboratories by the Danish Accreditation and Metrology Fund (DANAK) or an equivalent accreditation body which is a signatory of the EA (European co-operation for Accreditation) Multilateral Recognition Agreement.
