Abstract
This Regulation lays down detailed provisions implementing Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs as well as Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. In particular, it lays down (i) requirements concerning food chain information, (ii) requirements concerning fishery products, (iii) recognized testing methods for marine biotoxins, (iv) provisions on calcium content of mechanically separated meat, and (v) model health certificates for frogs' legs, snails, gelatine and collagen.
