Abstract
This Decree applies to the species listed in Annexes 1-6 (farming animals, pets, wild animals, poultry and other winged species). Article 3 provides basic animal health rules. Articles 4-10 contain rules concerning reproduction stations, their activity and inspection by the competent authority to be carried out once a year. Reproduction stations can operate only upon authorization. Articles 11-13 provide for marketing, import and export of reproductive materials. Articles 14-17 contain animal health standards of artificial and natural reproduction of animals.
