Abstract
Annex 1 of the Decree publishes the Animal Health Regulation. The Regulation is composed of three Parts: Animal health protection (1); Food hygiene analysis and control of foodstuffs of animal origin (2); Sanitary rules of animal feeding (3).
It provides detailed rules on: the prevention and neutralization of pests and diseases (with special regard to reporting epidemic diseases); institutional organization; inspection of meat, meat products, milk and dairy products, eggs, honey, imported foodstuffs of animal origin; and the marketing of foodstuffs of animal origin.
