Abstract
The present Regulation addresses measures to limit and manage pollution to protect the environment and public health. It includes provisions on waste management, emissions to air and water, noise control, and soil contamination. The regulation sets standards and requirements for businesses and other entities to prevent and reduce pollution, ensure proper waste disposal, and manage environmental risks.
The Regulation contains the following chapters: 1. Measures to Prevent Pollution Risks from Underground Oil Tanks; 2. Cleanup of Contaminated Soil During Construction and Excavation Work; 3. Application of the Pollution Control Act to Ports; 4. Facilities, Operation, and Maintenance of Land Reclamation Areas; 5. Noise Mapping, Action Plans, and Limit Values for Existing Operations; 6. Prohibition on the Use of Recreational Vessels Without Effective Noise Reduction in the Exhaust System; 7. Local Air Quality; 8. Sulfur Content in Heating Oil; 9. Limiting Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Caused by the Use of Organic Solvents; 10. Emissions from Crematoria; 11. General Provisions on Sewage; 12.
