Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Cantonal Environment Law of 11 March 2007. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies, inter alia, to the Chemicals Ordinance, Environmental Impact Ordinance, Fertilizer Ordinance, Biocidal Products Ordinance. The text consists of 4 articles.
