Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down provisions and measures for preventing the outbreak and spread of animal diseases, particularly those likely to be transmitted to human beings. It regulates the collection of information on animal diseases and the elaboration of emergency plans in case of outbreak, as well as prevention and vaccination programmes.
