Directive 2004/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2001/82/EC on the Community code relating to veterinary medicinal products.

The present Directive has been adopted to update particular provisions contained in Directive 2001/82/EC. The amendments mainly concern the definitions given by article 1 to that Directive in order to determine the application scope, the marketing authorization and the application to obtain such authorization.
