Law No. 10137 date 11.5.2009 amending legislation on licenses, authorizations, and permits in the Republic of Albania.

This Law consists of two Chapters: General Provisions (I); Amendments in various laws according to their scope and usage of public goods (II). In the area of food and health, the amendments change and supplement the rules of procedure for the licensing and registration of operators that deal with the production, collection, processing and trade of milk and milk-by products; production, designation and trade of olive oil, organic products, and plant breeding services, and those that offer services in veterinary and livestock breeding.
